Rod Britton

Rod qualified as a solicitor in 1973 and initially worked as an assistant solicitor in East Anglia before moving to Milton Keynes and becoming a partner in one of the oldest and most respected agricultural firms in the country.


Richard O'Hagan

Richard has been a lawyer since September 1990. In the intervening years he has worked in various locations across the country before finally settling in Beaconsfield. Richard deals with all forms of litigation, employment and contract work. He was the solicitor in the case of Lippiatt and Febry v South Gloucestershire County Council, where it was held that landowners are liable for damage caused by travellers who camp illegally upon their land and he has a particular interest in the fields of media and equine law.


Amy Stroud

Amy qualified as a Solicitor in 2000 and has worked in solicitors’ offices over the past 20 years.

Since 1998 she has specialised in personal injury claims. On a daily basis, Amy claims compensation for people who have suffered an injury or illness through no fault of their own. Gianfranco De Franco

Gianfranco worked in retail management for more than 20 years with a high street chemist. Having decided on a change of career, he studied in his own time and successfully qualified as a Legal Executive in 2008. He then decided to go a step further and qualified as a Solicitor in 2009. Having spent the majority of his working life outside of law, he brings a fresh outlook to many legal issues and has proven expertise and qualities in dealing with the public.


Yvonne Walton

Yvonne qualified as an Associate of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2005 becoming a Chartered Legal Executive in 2005. She also qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2000. Yvonne spent many years in a City of London firm where she specialised in conveyancing dealing with the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties ranging from £125,000 to £3.5 million, leases for residential and commercial properties and all other aspects of private client work.
